<p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia’s Carpentry Fellowship Program provides an opportunity to develop the foundational skills necessary to start a career in residential carpentry. Over the course of a 12-month term, Fellows will participate in a variety of classroom-based and hands-on training opportunities. Supplemental training in basic plumbing, electrical, and masonry – alongside some soft skills training and professional support. Additionally, Fellows will augment crew capacity on active HFHP construction sites, supporting staff carpenters as needed on a variety of projects including critical home repair, gut rehabs, and new home construction. This unique blend of training and on-site experience provides the foundational skills needed for a career in Carpentry and home building. See below for the expected breakdown of time spent and skills learned in the duration of this year-long program.</span></p>

The Corporate Relations Manager will focus on cultivation, relationship management and stewardship of corporate and faith partnerships. The Corporate Relations Manager will be a frontline fundraiser, grow overall corporate giving, and manage benefit fulfillment. As part of those goals, the Corporate Relations Manager will need to take an active role in fundraising events and the collaborative development of sponsorship recognition. Additional responsibilities include prospect research, donor communications, preparation and follow-up for donor meetings, and general stewardship.</span></p>
<p class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css"><strong class="ignore-global-css">Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<ul>
<li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts and prospects, working to steward relationships and secure continued support for HFHP programs.</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Ensure benefit fulfillment and stewardship activity for all corporate and faith accounts; provides effect coordination, including team builds, site visits and events.</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Identify prospects in the corporate, faith, and campus chapter sectors and cultivate relationships with the goal to grow philanthropy and engagement</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Employ strategies to increase sponsorship support; seek opportunities for annual or multi-year levels of giving.</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Participate in events and networking opportunities to grow awareness about HFHP’s mission and elevate partnership opportunities.</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Works with resource development staff to ensure appropriate stewardship of gifts, and leverage volunteer engagement to strengthen donor relationships.</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Supports overall resource development team strategy to build on the culture of philanthropy at HFHP.</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Maintain and ensure accurate, up-to-date information on partnership records and maintain accurate information in the donor database.</span></li>
<li class="ignore-global-css"><span class="ignore-global-css">Participate in the planning and execution of major Habitat Philadelphia events as needed.</span></li>
