Commemorating the advocacy, organizing, and determination it took to transform a blighted rail yard at 52nd & Jefferson Streets into one of the strongest economic drivers in West Philadelphia (ParkWest Town Center), these $2,500 awards will be presented to two graduating seniors on Saturday, June 2nd at the 11th Annual FESTIVAL @ ParkWest Town Center.
