Join us for a cross-sector conversation examining utility insecurity as a pressing public health challenge.

The symposium will feature a cross-sector panel discussion followed by interactive breakout sessions designed to examine the connections between utility access and health, foster meaningful dialogue, and identify policies and practices that can advance utility security.

Many campuses forget to engage an important campus partner in this work – the general counsel’s office. While they might not be a part of your coalition directly, their guidance can be invaluable in navigating the current climate.

This session will focus on the benefits that these partnerships can bring leading into this election cycle. We will be joined by Douglas Park, deputy general counsel at the University of Oregon for this important discussion. Voter Friendly Campus (VFC) would like to thank the National Association of College and University Attorneys for their partnership on this event.
