Job Responsibilities:
 Provide leadership to program staff, including supervision, development, and resource sharing
 Ensure programs are delivered with the highest level of quality; are aligned with the organization’s mission and goals; produce strong quantitative and qualitative results; and meet or exceed grant outcomes
 Demonstrate program impact and effectiveness as well as identify opportunities for improvements and efficiencies in service delivery through on-going data collection and analysis

Qualifications/Skills/Attributes:
 Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience; demonstrated success supervising staff, managing projects/programs, and working collaboratively with partners to improve programs and establish new programs.
 Ability to manage time efficiently – with great attention to details/deadlines – while working on several projects simultaneously.
 Comfortable with public speaking and able to represent Food Moxie at public events
 Ideal candidate has established relationships with community and educational stakeholders that will benefit Food Moxie’s work and further our mission
 Must be able to develop standards, analyze information, deal with complexity, & report results to stakeholders
 Exceptional writing, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. High level of attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong computing skills, including complete command of MS Office Suite and Google Drive applications.
 Proven management experience and strong leadership skills.

Collective impact is a nationally-recognized approach that brings together actors across sectors to solve complex social issues. When released in 2013, the Shared Prosperity Philadelphia plan launched a city-wide collective impact effort uniting public, private, non-profit and resident stakeholders to address poverty in Philadelphia. The Mayor’s Office of Community Empowerment and Opportunity (CEO) serves as the “backbone”, or lead coordinating agency for the Shared Prosperity Philadelphia initiative.

As we enter the 4th year of the Shared Prosperity Philadelphia plan, we invite our stakeholders and partners to join us in a training session on collective impact at the May 2017 Roundtable. The roundtable will be facilitated by Scott Wheeler (Managing Director, Strategy Arts) and Elizabeth Guman, (Director, Strategy Arts), who will bring their expertise in planning and implementing collective impact initiatives.

WorkReady Philadelphia is a system of programs supported by a broad-based partnership dedicated to building the region’s future workforce. WorkReady Philadelphia is a system of programs supported by a broad-based partnership dedicated to building the region’s future workforce.

This report describes an IERC study, led by Executive Director Janet Holt and commissioned by St. Louis Graduates, a collaborative network whose mission is to increase degree completion for low-income students, first-generation students, and students of color from St. Louis. The report addresses two key questions: 1) which institutions are doing the best in supporting low-income, first-generation students and students of color through college completion with low debt? and 2) what strategies are these institutions using to facilitate these results?

Starting with a list of 20 four-year institutions in Missouri and Illinois where St. Louis students most often attend college, a Success metric was developed to determine which institutions were best supporting underrepresented students. From this study, a group of five institutions rose to the top. In the second phase of this project, we interviewed administrators in the areas of academic and student affairs, enrollment management, and financial aid as well as a group of students, from each of these five institutions to find the key ingredients of their “secret sauce” in supporting underrepresented students to graduation with less debt.
