NFF workshop helps nonprofits in recession
The Nonprofit Finance Fund is offering Managing in a Changing Economy, a workshop that shares practical approaches to managing a nonprofit organization in the aftermath of the economic downturn. In addition to sharing techniques for assessing an organization’s financial health, presenters will also provide tips and methods for cashflow projections, understanding program economics and scenario planning. This workshop is designed to assist nonprofits to be adaptable in a changing economic environment.
The event will be held on Thursday, February 25th from 9am to 1pm at Temple University, Center City Campus, 1515 Market Street in Philadelphia, and costs $50 per person (2nd person from same organization attends for $25).
