Call for Session Proposals & Proposal Writing Webinar – 2027 Annual PACAC Conference – Nov 13

Posted by Pennsylvania Association for College Admission Counseling on October 27, 2026

As we continue our planning for the 64th Annual PA Association for College Admission Counseling (PACAC) Conference, we invite you to submit a proposal for an educational session.

The annual conference is not possible without the active engagement of our membership in presenting educational sessions. If you are interested in submitting a full proposal, please complete this Session Proposal Form. To complete the form, you will need to include the title, description, audience, presenter/panelist information, learning objectives and AV needs. Proposals are due by Monday, November 30th.

If you are interested in presenting and would like to be connected with a topic and/or other presenters, please complete this interest form. PACAC encourages diverse representation in professional development and we are happy to connect colleagues!

If you are a vendor or exhibitor within the field of higher education, and would like to present at the conference, please complete this proposal form.

Have you ever thought about presenting at PACAC conference, but weren’t sure where to start? Join us for a webinar, “How to Propose a Conference Session,” on Friday, November 13th from 12:00-1:00 PM. This session will walk participants through the process of developing and submitting a conference session proposal. We’ll share tips for creating a strong proposal, walk through the proposal process and connect with other potential presenters!

Whether you’re a first-time presenter or an experienced professional looking to share your expertise, this webinar will help you submit a successful proposal! Please register here!

If you have any questions about submitting a session, please contact the Sessions Committee, at sessions@pacac.org.
