Calling all AmeriCorps Alumni!
Do you remember your first month as a member? You were still getting to know the program, your cohort, maybe even Philadelphia… Then, you were invited to Launch and met other AmeriCorps members just like you who were serving across the city in all sorts of cool places.
Well if you don’t, now’s your chance! This year’s Launch event is taking place on October 9th at the Friends Center (1501 Cherry St). There will be a networking hour from 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM for the alumni to mingle with current members, enjoy refreshments, and check out tables from Philly-area grad programs, some that even offer discounts to alumni! If folks are interested, we can carry on at a happy hour nearby.
