Webinar: How to Navigate Medicaid Work Requirements – Sep 16

Posted by PA Health Access Network on September 8, 2026

In July 2025, Congress passed H.R. 1, a law that will fundamentally change how Pennsylvanians access food and healthcare.

As these new policies take effect, PA Health Access Network (PHAN), Community Legal Services, The Pennsylvania Health Law Project, and Just Harvest are convening the Benefits Access Coalition to train statewide organizations on public benefits eligibility and upcoming policy changes.

Join us on Wednesday, September 16th at 2pm for our next Benefits Access Coalition training: How to Navigate Medicaid Work Requirements.

Medicaid work requirements take effect on January 1, 2027 and Pennsylvania beneficiaries need to be ready. This session will provide a review of the new work requirements, including who is subject to them, implementation timeline, who is exempt, what information consumers will receive and how they can demonstrate compliance and exemptions. Attendees will leave with a working understanding of the work requirements and strategies for helping people obtain and retain coverage.

Register for the webinar.
