Broad Street Love is seeking an experienced, visionary Chief Program Officer (CPO) to lead the organization’s largest division and help shape the future of our mission.
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CPO will provide strategic leadership for all program operations while building a culture grounded in Radical Hospitality, operational excellence, accountability, continuous improvement, and measurable impact.
This executive will lead multiple program areas, develop high-performing leaders, strengthen strategic partnerships, and ensure our services consistently deliver meaningful outcomes for the guests we serve.
This is an opportunity to build on a strong foundation while helping position Broad Street Love as a leading nonprofit committed to innovative, integrated, and evidence-informed approaches to serving individuals experiencing poverty and homelessness.
