Job Summary

Senior Consultants contribute to the success of Fairmount Ventures by leading client engagements, managing project teams, ensuring the quality of the team’s work, and contributing to the project deliverables as needed. Reporting to the Vice President, the Senior Consultant plays different roles on project teams and support business development activities for the organization.

This Senior Consultant role requires specific expertise in major gifts or capital campaigns. It’s a full-time, permanent position with the Fairmount team, though we’re open to exploring part-time hours (at least 25 per week) or contractor roles for the right candidate.
