The Youth Outreach Adolescent Community Awareness Program (YOACAP) has launched a new website showcasing more than 35 years of service to Philadelphia youth and young adults.

Through community-based and culturally-competent interventions, we enhance the quality of life and health for Philadelphians. Our guiding belief has always been that the most effective way to reach and move youth is through peer outreach and education.

For over 35 years, the Youth Outreach Adolescent Community Awareness Program has supported youth and young adults as they seek to prevent and manage challenges related to violence, infectious disease management, peer pressure and youth reproductive health.

Visit the site to learn about the organization’s programs, services, and resources supporting young people and families across Philadelphia.
