Princeton AlumniCorps Emerging Leaders Professional Development Program

Posted by Princeton AlumniCorps on June 30, 2026

Princeton AlumniCorps is recruiting mid-career nonprofit and public sector leaders for our 15th Anniversary Cohort of the Emerging Leaders program! Emerging Leaders empowers aspiring civic leaders to develop the leadership capabilities, management skills, and confidence that will advance their professional contributions and accelerate their careers. With a core focus on personal growth, the program offers tangible, near-term benefits for participants and their employers while supporting their long-term leadership development. Though the program meets in NYC and virtually, any nonprofit or public sector leader within the Philadelphia region is eligible to apply.

The Emerging Leaders program focuses on developing individual leadership strengths and capacities, building resilience and the ability to adapt to the ever-shifting nonprofit landscape. With personal growth at its core, the program yields tangible, near-term value to participants (and their employers) and supports their longer-term leadership development. The curriculum structure blends facilitated training and peer-group learning with experiential activities, personalized assessments, guest speakers from the social impact field, and on-the-job assignments.
