Posted by City of Philadelphia on May 26, 2026
The Public Health Management Corporation (PHMC), in partnership with the City of Philadelphia’s Mayor’s Office of Education, Office of Children and Families, and Department of Human Services, has released a new RFQ seeking nonprofit and for-profit organizations to provide school-based Out-of-School Time (OST) programming for students in grades K–8.
The Specialized Strategy initiative supports programming in areas including arts and culture, STEAM/STEM, sports and recreation, and other enrichment-focused content areas as part of the City’s Extended Day/Extended Year Initiative.
Organizations selected through this RFQ process will be eligible to contract for programming beginning in the 2026–2027 school year.
Proposals are due Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 5 pm.
