Part-Time Instructional Coaches: Urban Teaching Apprenticeship Program & Urban Teaching Residency

The Urban Teaching Apprenticeship Program (UTAP) and Urban Teaching Residency (UTR) are hiring part-time instructional coaches for the 2026-2027 academic year!
Coaches in the Urban Teaching Programs at Penn Graduate School of Education (GSE) support preservice and novice teachers to center the voices of students and their communities and to engage in reflective practice that combines a deep understanding of self, context, culturally responsive pedagogy, and content knowledge.
This is a 10-month, part-time position from mid-August to mid-May, with new-coach orientation in the beginning of August.
