Virtual Workshop: Navigating Challenging Conversations with Courage and Care – Mar 5

In times of uncertainty, division, and strong emotions, having conversations across differences can feel intimidating, especially for young people who are still finding their voices.
This workshop creates a supportive space for young people to build the skills and confidence needed to engage in respectful, meaningful dialogue, even when conversations are hard. Through interactive activities and real-world scenarios, participants will practice listening with empathy, expressing their perspectives with clarity, and responding thoughtfully when emotions run high.
