Senior Program Manager, Work to Ride

Work to Ride seeks a Senior Program Manager (SPM) to serve as the primary lead responsible for the day-to-day execution of the organization’s introductory and out-of-school-time youth programming. This is a hands-on role focused on ensuring programs are delivered safely, consistently, and with a high level of quality in an active, equine-based environment.

During the initial phase of program expansion, the Senior Program Manager will act as the primary operational lead, coordinating closely with instructors, barn staff, external consultants, and organizational leadership. While additional staff and contractors may support program delivery, the SPM is accountable for execution, coordination, participant experience, and program quality.

This role is well-suited for a highly organized and grounded professional with experience working with youth and hands-on equine and riding experience, who is comfortable leading programs in active environments and building positive relationships with young people, families, and community partners.
