LeadLab Summit 2026: The Art + Impact of Courage – Apr 25-26
Posted by LeadLab on January 13, 2026
The 2026 LeadLab season is here and applications are now open.
LeadLab is a dynamic leadership summit for creative leaders ready to lead with courage—this year’s theme. Designed for professionals across sectors and career stages, LeadLab harnesses cross-sector and intergenerational peer exchange to cultivate actionable solutions and immersive, experiential learning.
Courage is not just a personality trait—it’s a skill. One that enables individuals and organizations to grow, adapt, and thrive in the face of challenges. But like any behavioral skill or useful mindset, competent courage comes from intentional routine and practice. Courageous leaders foster open dialogue and cultivate a dynamic and innovative culture. They make reasoned judgments, take calculated risks, and assert themselves thoughtfully.
LeadLab’s framework blends emotional intelligence with practical, real-world tools to help leaders:
- Take thoughtful risks
- Make values-aligned decisions
- Navigate ambiguity with confidence
- Model authenticity in action
Participants will actively practice boundary-setting, compassionate communication, and growth-mindset strategies, and will leave with renewed clarity and decisiveness to move a meaningful professional challenge forward with purpose and confidence.
If LeadLab feels aligned with where you are—and where you’re headed—we encourage you to apply early. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis and space is limited.
