Nonprofit Call to Wellness Campaign – Nov 6 & 7

In a time of urgency and uncertainty in the nonprofit sector, it is more important than ever to support the wellness, resilience, and healing of Philly’s nonprofit leaders and teams. 

To this end, nonprofit leaders and staff across our city are invited to participate in Call to Wellness, a two-day campaign taking place on November 6th and 7th designed to center wellness as a core leadership practice and lever for impact. During these two days, Philly nonprofit professionals are encouraged to set aside meaningful time to invest in their own wellness and the wellness of their teams.

Through a mix of virtual sessions, in-person gatherings, and practical resources, Call to Wellness creates space for reflection, connection, and healing. Together, we’re building a stronger, more sustainable nonprofit sector.

Programming and resources available to support leaders and teams during this two-day campaign include:

• Nonprofit Leaders’ Circle (NLC) Wellness Retreat: ImpactED will host a parallel two-day wellness retreat for members of the Nonprofit Leaders’ Circle. Special thanks to The Fitler Club for generously donating space for this experience. 
• Virtual Wellness Lunches: The Nonprofit Center will offer virtual lunchtime wellness sessions, open to nonprofit professionals at all levels, including community-based leaders. 
• Nonprofit Wellness Toolkit: Creative Praxis is developing an interactive, accessible, and culturally relevant Nonprofit Wellness Toolkit, providing tools and daily practices to support individual wellbeing and team culture.
• BNCEP Wellness Retreat for Nonprofit Executives: The Center for Leadership Equity and BNCEP will co-host an overnight wellness retreat for nonprofit executives on November 6–7. 
• Executive Wellness Coaching Sessions: Mission Incorporated will provide free one hour executive wellness coaching sessions to nonprofit leaders.
