The Fall PHENND Meeting is a chance for the entire PHENND Network to get together to share ideas, events, challenges, etc. It is also a time to hear from PHENND staff about their activities and opportunities for partnership in the coming academic year.
Additionally, the event will focus on Civic Partnerships for Sustainable Communities. We will explore partnerships for environmental sustainability, particularly those with the involvement of municipal government.
Speakers will include:
- Ilona Ballreich, Assistant Director of Experiential Education and Program Director, Sustainable Communities Collaborative, Penn State University
- Akilah Chatman, Community Science Specialist, Academy of Natural Sciences, Drexel University
- Kabindra M. Shakya, Ph.D, Associate Professor of Geography and the Environment, Villanova University
Continental breakfast will be served.
