How do you earn the Teaching in Higher Education Certificate?
Earn the six-credit certificate by completing two courses.

Course I: EPSY 8985, Teaching in Higher Education Seminar (3 credits)

Learn about and practice implementing integrated course design, varied and inclusive teaching methods and assessments that promote significant learning.

Course II: EPSY 8960, Innovation, Technology, and Teaching in Higher Education (3 credits)

Examine, interact with, and evaluate the application of a wide range of technology-based innovations in order to achieve and assess learning goals and actively engage students.

Prerequisite: EPSY 8985, Teaching in Higher Education Seminar
