Lifelines for Leaders: The 46th Annual PA Association of Pupil Services Administrators Conference – Apr 9-11

The Pennsylvania Association of Pupil Services Administrators (PAPSA) is proud to announce that the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s Bureau of Special Education Director Dr. Carole Clancy will headline the 46th Annual PAPSA Conference, which also features the 22nd Paul Stevens Memorial Legal Seminar. The conference theme is Lifelines for Leaders: Navigating Challenges to Inspire Success for All. The program will be held on April 9-11, 2025 at the beautiful Inn At Leola Village near Lancaster and will provide a wide variety of pupil/student services related topics to help attendees effectively address today’s unprecedented demands.

Dr. Clancy will keynote the Wednesday, April 9th afternoon opening sessions. Her presentation will focus on hot topics in special education straight from Harrisburg. In addition to Dr. Clancy, the conference also features the widely acclaimed 22nd Paul Stevens Memorial Legal Seminar, which focuses on salient legal issues in the areas of special education and pupil services on both the state and national levels. As a special treat for attendees, former University of Michigan and St. Joe’s Head Basketball Coach Phil Martelli will motivate attendees to be the best leaders they can be.
