In the wake of the EOs striking at DEI initiatives (and more), nonprofits everywhere are asking: Should We Say DEI? Answering this is not simple and one size will not fit all. This session brings together a panel of national and state leaders to provide legal and ethical considerations as your organization decides how to proceed. Along with providing guiding principles and questions for you and your board to discuss, you will hear from organizations who made decisions based on how they could best ensure service to those most vulnerable. And perhaps most important, you will have the opportunity to grapple with all this entails with your peers.
