Vetri Community Partnership partners with schools and community groups in Philadelphia and Camden that share our passion for nutrition and education. We work with people from under- resourced communities to help build the life skills for a healthier future.
Vetri Community Partnership (VCP) is seeking an engaging Community Educator who will lead cooking demonstrations and classes, recipe samplings, and nutrition education activities for kids, adults, and families across Philadelphia and Camden. The goal of the Educator is to inspire community members to include nutritious foods in meals for themselves and their families. The Community Educator drive and operate VCP’s Mobile Teaching Kitchen in the community to deliver recipe samplings in public spaces including farmers’ markets, schools, and food distributions and will lead and support cooking classes in VCP’s Teaching Kitchen.
