Understanding Trauma and Responding to Disclosures is an interactive workshop intended to support participants to understand sexual violence, common trauma reactions, and best practices when responding to disclosures of violence. Over the course of this training participants will be provided with a framework for responding to disclosures, space to practice and reflect, and opportunities to envision how to incorporate this training into their everyday work and lives.
Designed for educators, open to anyone.
This training is interactive, using small and large group discussion. All participation is optional. The training will take place on Zoom – automatic closed captioning will be available. Please contact us at [email protected] to share any access needs. We will do our best to accommodate them.
