Event: Annual Meeting of the International Society for the Psychoanalytic Study of Organizations (ISPSO)
Location: Bryn Mawr, PA
Dates: June 25-29, 2025
Role
Providing administrative support and assistance for:
- Assisting the AM Organizing Committee Chair with detailed administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and facilitating internal and external communication.
- Serving as chief liaison to the local venue event manager assuring all necessary tasks and details are addressed for an optimal site environment and experience.
- Assisting the AM committee in planning and providing administrative support for the AM meeting and Symposium events e.g. detail arrangements for invited Key-note and Plenary presenters.
- Working closely with the Hospitality committee on planning and arranging for local hospitality events and helping design and manage the “Gala” event.
- Planning and arranging for on-site transportation needs.
- Liaison with the User Experience team and local venue event manager to assure agreed upon standard are met.
- Liaison with Rutgers PsyD program director in arranging for and supervising student volunteers.
- Providing administrative assistance to AM sub-committee chairs as requested and approved by the AM Chair
Level of effort
Part-time, hourly, maybe 10+ hours/week on average
