- How to identify and connect with your team’s underlying purpose and values using Simon Sinek’s “Start with Why” Framework
- The five stages of team development (Forming, Storming, Norming, Performing, and Adjourning) and how to navigate the underlying “why” of the purpose and values of the team
- Proven strategies for consensus building, fostering open communication, building trust, and resolving conflicts
- Effective facilitation techniques to ensure everyone’s voice is heard
