Join Philadelphia VIP in partnership with Blank Rome for a webinar on business structure. Attendees will learn about different types of business entities and the various tax obligations associated with each one. Presented by Jeffrey Rosenfeld.
The event is free and open to Philly-area small businesses and nonprofits. The webinar will be held via Zoom and will last approximately one hour, with time for a brief Q&A at the end.
