Member Services and Outreach Coordinator (Remote), Campus Compact – Aug 14

Posted by Campus Compact on August 6, 2024

Campus Compact envisions a world in which all of higher education commits to advancing an equitable, accessible, and just democracy—where colleges and universities serve as responsive and transformative agents of change, with students, faculty, staff, and administrators joining as true partners with communities in contributing to our collective flourishing.

We mobilize students, staff, faculty, and administrators to advance their academic and civic missions by partnering with communities to address complex social issues and further equity, justice, and prosperity for all. As a leader and connector in higher education, we offer professional development and convenings, advance research and best practices, nurture connections and networks, build capacity for people, campuses, and communities, and advocate for resources that enable this collective work.

About the Opportunity

The Member Services and Outreach Coordinator supports our member engagement strategy through operational support and database administration, program planning and execution, as well as member support and outreach efforts.

Reporting to the Director of Member Engagement, the Coordinator has day-to-day responsibility for maintaining and troubleshooting the various systems that enable our work (e.g. Salesforce, Form Assembly, Swoogo, etc.),  ensuring the integrity of the member database (Salesforce), engaging with and triaging member questions, and supporting volunteer leadership, member programming, and communications. This position is a nexus point for our membership support, and the Coordinator will actively collaborate with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders. The Coordinator also provides administrative support to the Director of Member Engagement as needed.

Campus Compact is developing and implementing sound organizational practices that allow our staff, members, and partners to innovate and advance our mission. This is a tremendous opportunity for a higher education or association management professional to maximize and strengthen the capacity of a well-respected, high-impact national organization.

Campus Compact is headquartered in Boston, MA with a national, geographically distributed staff. This position is fully remote.

August 14 is the priority deadline. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until position is filled.
