    • Guides.vote: Nonpartisan Voters Guides to Help Voters of All Ages

    Too often, people don’t vote because they don’t know where candidates stand, and are confused about how to find out. They also believe that their vote won’t matter, because whoever wins, they’re “all the same, all lying or spinning.” To help voters, guides.vote has created concise, credible, and nonpartisan candidate guides for key 2024 races, including Spanish versions.

    In the Harvard Institute of Politics annual survey of 18-29-year-olds, 63% of those who are on the fence about voting in 2024 – and 68% of all respondents – said that nonpartisan guides would help them to vote. To that end, these nonpartisan voter guides summarize candidate positions in concise descriptions of their views and offer links to credible sources. Voters can get a sense of candidate positions through a quick scan, or they can go deeper and follow our links to see candidate quotes or for further information.

    These guides look not just at candidate website postings, but at votes and stands they’ve taken as elected officials, what they’ve said at primaries, debates and town halls – the full spectrum of their views.
