This report from the Youth Reentry Task Force of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Coalition describes principles for effective juvenile reentry from out-of-home placement and explores the characteristics of reentering youth, consequences associated with out-of-home placement, essential components of youth reentry services, and recommendations for federal support.
