The Philadelphia Home Rule Charter establishes a Nominating Panel to fill vacant positions on the Civil Service Commission. The members of this panel have been informed of the need to fill vacant positions and will submit to Mayor Cherelle Parker in writing the names of qualified persons for each position to be filled.
Chair of the nominating panel, Dr. J. Larry Jameson, Interim President of the University of Pennsylvania, invites applications from a broad range of interested individuals, representing our diverse and dedicated community. For consideration, applications must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 19, 2024.
