Virtual Journalist Visit Opportunities for Women’s History Month 2024, Pulitzer Center
Posted by Pulitzer Center on March 5, 2024
Looking to connect your students with women whose careers exemplify curiosity, empathy, and integrity? In celebration of Women’s History Month, we’re offering virtual journalist visits for K-12 classroom and out-of-school time educators, as well as educators working with students in carceral facilities.
This March, we are featuring women journalists who can discuss issues they have reported on ranging from climate change to peace and conflict, and how their identities inform their work. Their reporting captures stories on topics such as how Afghan women refugees think about home, and how artificial intelligence tools can embed bias in hiring processes.
These journalists would love to connect with you and your students in March. Click here to learn more about each featured speaker and their reporting, and then fill out a quick form to request your free virtual visit!
