We’re looking for an outstanding Community Program Manager to join us at Glitter to lead a transformative community cleanup and gun violence reduction initiative in northwest Philadelphia. We’re seeking a dynamic leader who’s passionate about fostering safer, cleaner neighborhoods. They will oversee the project rollout, manage a 12-15 person cleaner team, and engage proactively with community members and project partners to ensure success.
This role will start no later than March 25th and is located in the Germantown neighborhood of Philadelphia. Starting salary is 75k with negotiable benefits. This 16-month grant-funded position has the strong possibility of conversion into a permanent position for the ideal candidate.
