Community-Engaged Scholarship at Princeton & Beyond – Apr 3-5
Posted by Princeton University on February 20, 2024
On April 3, 4, and 5th, 2024, the Program for Community-Engaged Scholarship (ProCES), formerly the Community-Based Learning Initiative (CBLI), will celebrate 25 years of the program’s life at Princeton University. We are marking the occasion with a series of events designed to situate our work within the history and current state of the field of Community-Engaged Scholarship; establish strategic priorities for the program; and celebrate the many faculty, community partners, and students who have shaped the program over the years. Drawing upon a range of guest experts from institutions and communities in Princeton and beyond whose work exemplifies long-term, sustained teaching and research collaborations, ProCES will invite input from participants to inform the next stage of the program’s development as a supporter of contributions to the broader field of CES across disciplines and geographies.
