PA Basic Education Funding Commission Report and Recommendations

The Pennsylvania Basic Education Funding Commission (BEFC) has released a transformational report calling for an additional $5.4 billion to public schools over the next seven years to remedy the unconstitutional way PA funds public education. Members also outlined 28 essential practices that contribute to educational quality that ought to be in place in every school once fully funded.
