The Center for Professional Development in Career and Technical Education in the College of Education and Human Development (CEHD) is an annual grant funded program charged with delivering field-based CTE teacher and leadership certification programming in a specialized setting. The Assistant Director of CTE Enrollment and Data Management will be responsible for overseeing the CTE Center’s enrollment and data management processes and systems across all certification areas ensuring excellent professional standards and compliance, supervising all aspects of CTE advising to support intern teachers in level I and II, Leadership, Co-op, Business Computer Information Technology  and Marketing at the graduate and undergraduate levels; including, but not limited to course registration, transcript review, student intake and advising, systems oversight, training, internal coordination with CEHD/University departments and reporting. The incumbent will also perform other duties associated with ensuring accurate submission and reporting of all student data, and accurate and updated student documentation in Temple’s systems, tracking students’ course completions, and developing strategies for supporting stop-outs and disengaged students. The incumbent will work directly with the Center Executive Director to develop, implement, and analyze stakeholder data, and develop interventions to address concerns. The incumbent will report directly to the Center Executive Director and will supervise CTE advisors.

This position is grant funded and 100% in person.
