Assistant Director, Scholar Recruitment & Success (Catto Scholarship), Community College of Philadelphia

Reporting to the Executive Director of the Catto Scholarship, the Assistant Director oversees and coordinates the Scholarship’s strategic recruitment and post-completion success initiatives. The position includes but is not limited to the development and implementation of recruitment and promotion strategies; facilitating presentations about the Scholarship to internal and external constituencies; continuously assessing recruitment & promotion efforts; and the development and implementation of initiatives designed to support Catto Scholars following degree completion.
This leadership position also includes oversight of special initiatives and major Catto Scholarship events such as annual Family Reunion; JumpStart (orientation); Academic Brush-Ups (pre-intake academic support); and an annual celebration of Catto graduates. The role will include oversight of operations and staff dedicated to Scholarship recruitment and post-graduation success initiatives.
