The Citizens Planning Institute is accepting applications for its Fall 2023 Course! Learn how to create the change you want to see in your community! Apply to Citizens Planning Institute!
The Citizens Planning Institute (CPI) teaches Philadelphians about city planning, zoning and the development process. Classes for the Fall 2023 course are Wednesdays 6-9pm, September 27 – November 15. The course fees are on a sliding scale, ranging from ≤$50-$300. Applications will be accepted through 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, September 10.
Apply online or email cpi@phila.gov for a print application. Citizens Planning Institute is a program of the Philadelphia City Planning Commission.
