It’s ok to not be ok – The City of Philadelphia has several resources, services, and supports for mental health and wellness that residents can use during difficult times.
Here are some links to a few:
Healthy Minds Philly has a guide to Addressing Trauma and Violence which provides information about community support in the face of trauma.
MindPHL provides free mental health resources and programs from the City of Philadelphia in collaboration with Independence Blue Cross.
The Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual disAbility Services offers many other services and supports.
If you or a loved one is experiencing a Behavioral Health Crisis, you can call the Philadelphia Crisis Line at 988.
