Community engagement leaders exploring their journeys and what motivates them in their work
Posted by Campus Compact on June 13, 2023
Celebrating Exemplars: Stories from the Field is a virtual event series from Campus Compact & the International Association for Research on Service-Learning and Community Engagement (IARSLCE).
In this virtual event series, we hear from outstanding scholars, leaders, and practitioners about their work and the journeys that brought them to where they are today.
The speakers, who are winners of this year’s Campus Compact Impact Awards and the 2022 IARSLCE Awards, have each been recognized for outstanding contributions to higher education civic and community engagement through research and practice. Join us in celebrating their accomplishments and exploring new and innovative approaches to our shared work.
The first session, Community engagement leaders exploring their journeys and what motivates them in their work, was held on June 6, 2023.
