The 10th Brothas Stroll 5K Walk and Run – Jun 17
Posted by Mayor's Office of Black Male Engagement on June 13, 2023
***Due to the ongoing air quality concerns, we are postponing the Brothas Stroll Health Walk to June 17th.***
Join us for the 10th Brothas Stroll, an empowering event hosted by the City of Philadelphia’s Mayor’s Office of Black Male Engagement! Together, we will raise awareness about the crucial health issues affecting Black men and boys.
Walking is not only a fundamental activity, but it also brings numerous health benefits. This year, we invite you to be part of a remarkable milestone as we celebrate the 10th Brothas Stroll while traversing the scenic Schuylkill River trail.
Our primary objective is to bring Black males, their families, and communities together. Through unity and solidarity, we aim to create a positive impact on the health outcomes for Black men and boys in Philadelphia. To achieve this, we have collaborated with various organizations that passionately advocate for and educate about the health challenges faced by our community.
Together, we will walk towards improved health, strengthened relationships, and a brighter future for Black men and boys in Philadelphia.
Date and Time: Saturday, June 10, 2023, 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Philadelphia Art Museum Steps, 2600 Benjamin Franklin Pkwy, Philadelphia, PA 19130
