The event and operations specialist will be responsible for executing high-impact virtual and in-person events to deliver on Campus Compact’s mission and support member campuses.

The event and operations specialist will report directly to the Campus Compact president and will be a key contributor to the delivery of programming for Campus Compact members. They will lead project management and execution of marquee in-person events (including the annual Campus Compact national conference) and virtual programming. They will be responsible for coordination across teams, working closely with colleagues to bring an event from ideation to final delivery and beyond. The specialist will be central to ensuring that events run smoothly, are impactful, and offer an engaging experience for attendees, speakers, and volunteers.
