2023 Spring Philly Growers Skillshare and Rooted Revival – Apr 18 & 19

As spring is the season for renewal and growth, we lift up this message from the land as we embark on our growing season. We invite our community to join us for days full of community, learning and spiritual homecoming for land and culture.
The Philly Growers Skillshare is on April 18, 2023 from 10 AM to 4 PM at Sankofa Community Farm. It’s intended to be a meet up for Philly farmers to work, eat and learn together.
The Rooted Revival is on April 19, 2023 from 10 AM to 4 PM at Sankofa Community Farm. Together, we will cultivate relationships and develop sovereignty through food and faith. This event centers the spiritual tradtions of the African diaspora. All are welcome to attend mindfull of this focus.
To connect the two events, we are hosting a food sovereignty panel on the night of April 18, 2023 from 6 – 7:30 PM at the Wedding Pavilion at Bartram’s Garden.
