Building Organizational Resilience During Times of Change – Mar 30

We know that creating change requires creativity, courage, and resilience.  We need to recognize that change is external, composed of events. On the other hand, transition is internal. It is the emotional and social process people go through to come to terms with these change events. It is critical for us to support our staff and Boards in making these internal transitions so we can help them gain the insights and energy they need to move into the future.

We created Building Organizational Resilience During Times of Change to support your journey. We will invite you to reflect on the transitions you have experienced as leaders over the past few years and to assess the changes your organization has made. Together we will explore what you learned and how to apply that knowledge to new opportunities and challenges. Our faculty have years of experience in their fields and a deep understanding of the realities of nonprofit life.

Dates and Times:   9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on:

• April 13, 14, 28
• May 12, 24, 25
• June 8, 9

Schedule: Our hybrid program will be offered from 9 AM to 1 PM on the same dates listed above.

Deadline: Our application deadline is Thursday, March 30^th, 2023.

Partial scholarships are available.
