Jan Morrison, the Founder and CEO of TIES (Teaching Institute for Excellence in STEM), and Jeremy Shore, Director of Digital Innovation and Early Learning of TIES, presented the new federal CHIPS and Science Act, how it will impact STEM education and workforce development in Pennsylvania and the country as a whole, and the role of STEM Ecosystems in meeting the opportunities presented by the Act.
