Community Convening: Newcomer Immigrant Youth Learning Collaborative – Jun 16
Posted by La Puerta Abierta on May 31, 2022
The Newcomer Immigrant Youth Learning Collaborative is a group of practitioners from across sectors (e.g., behavioral health, education, health, and child welfare) in the greater Philadelphia region, sharing resources, collaborating, and creatively problem-solving to amplify the voices and address the needs of this growing population of youth.
The Community Convening is an opportunity to bring together the passion, energy and creative thinking of all community partners to envision ACTIONABLE ideas that best support newcomer immigrant youth in our region. In the spirit of fellowship and camaraderie, there will be ample refreshments, and opportunities to connect, share, and learn from one another, guided by the participation of several of our region’s youth themselves!
