The Society for the Future of Higher Education (SFHE) and Heidelberg University have joined together to offer the inaugural (and remotely facilitated) Mentoring Summit.
The Society for the Future of Higher Education (SFHE) and Heidelberg University have joined together to offer the inaugural (and remotely facilitated) Mentoring Summit on Friday, February 25, from 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm EST. Early registration ends on Monday, February 14, and will cost $15 per person, or $75 for groups of six.
You can register here. Regular registration will cost $20/ Individual, and $100/ Group of 6. If you can and are willing to do so, please share freely with your colleagues and students.
This event, called “Mentoring: The Foundation to Your Success,” is aimed towards the needs of doctoral students and faculty. The event will promote professional networking, highlight best practices in mentoring, and explore mentoring dynamics during the COVID–19 pandemic. The virtual summit will cover the following key topics:
- Mentor/mentee interactions
- Infusing inclusive approach in mentoring
- Self-mentoring
- Navigating mentorship during COVID-19
