Digital Literacy VISTA, City of Philadelphia

Posted by City of Philadelphia Office of Children and Families on December 7, 2021

The Office of Children and Families Adult Education division is working with several city partners to build a coordinated citywide system where all public doors offer access to digital literacy resources and a continuum of digital literacy opportunities for all residents. The AmeriCorps VISTA will allow us to strategically expand and thoughtfully strengthen the infrastructure of our network to offer quality digital literacy connections and programming.

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual who understands the value of digital equity and wants to make a lasting change in our community by helping us build capacity and strengthening the digital literacy partner network across the city, develop tools and materials to support the adoption of standardized digital literacy assessments, and ensure equitable access to digital literacy and workforce opportunities for all residents—ability to speak another language a plus.

If you are action-oriented, organized, detailed, and want to make a lasting impact in the community, this position is for you!

Apply here.
