New USDA Tools to Help Improve Consumer Nutrition
USDA has launched three new online tools to “re-connect these long standing ties between the people who produce the food and those who purchase and prepare it,” according to Secretary Tom Vilsack. Growing a Healthier You: Nutrition From the Farm to the Table is part of the USDA MyPyramid food guidance system and offers fruit, vegetable and other food facts linked back to the farm.
