Planning for Equity and Inclusion in Philadelphia – Oct 20

For decades Philadelphia and other cities implemented inequitable public policies that ravaged people of color and their communities. Racial covenants, redlining, “urban renewal”, and other programs separated people of color from the opportunities available to white residents. Director of Planning and Development Anne Fadullon will explain how Philadelphia is working to acknowledge and rectify the mistakes of the past through new planning and community development initiatives that will advance equity and inclusion.
